This prestigious event not only showcased the immense skill of the world’s top players but also set new benchmarks in the realm of Pot Limit Omaha high-stakes poker.

The $100K PLO Super High Roller event attracted an elite field of 88 entries, creating a massive prize pool of $8,800,000. This unprecedented turnout not only highlighted the growing popularity of high-stakes PLO but also marked a significant milestone as the first such event held at WSOP Paradise.

The heads-up

And in the heads-up two PLO giants faced eachother: Ben Tollerene vs Lautaro Guerra. At the start of the heads-up duel Tollerene was sitting on 36M chips, while Guerra had only 17M. It was a lot of heated action, back and forth and Guerra was able to close in on Tollerene more and more.

In a massive hand Guerra got it in with  AA102 vs QQ86 from Tollerene. The board ran out 545J10 and the aces scooped a massive 56M pot which left Tollerne down to only 2M in chips.

The last chips went in quickly after. Tollerene showed 8754, Guerra A665. The board ran out: Q31035. Tollerene did not overcome Guerra’s Pocket Sixes and got 2nd for $1,6M while Guerra won the trophy and a sick $2,1M payday.
