1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the €1500 Free Package Raffle (“Raffle”) organized by PLO365.com (“Organizer”). By entering the Raffle, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Participants must provide a valid email address to enter.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of PLO365.com or of the Thermal PLO Festival are not eligible to enter.

3. Raffle Entry

• To enter the Raffle, participants must sign up with their email address.
• The deadline for participation is January 17, 2025
• Each participant may enter the Raffle only once. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

4. Prize Details

• The prize consists of a €1500 package for the next Thermal PLO Festival in 2025 or 2026. It can be used for tournament buy-ins and hotel costs.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Raffle period on 29th January 2025 and notified on the same day.

6. Winner Responsibilities

• The winner must respond to the notification email within fourteen (14) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and age.

7. Data Protection

• Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• The Organizer will not share participants’ data with third parties, except for the winner’s email, which will be shared with the event organizer for booking purposes.
• Participants may receive occasional marketing newsletters from PLO365.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Raffle or the use of the prize.
• The Organizer is not liable for any technical issues or malfunctions that may affect participation.

9. Governing Law

• This Raffle and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• By entering the Raffle, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
